|Don Sciolaro - Deputy Director
||Don Sciolaro started his career in the Office of Congresswoman Marge Roukema followed by positions in Membership, Grassroots Advocacy and Programming with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). He moved on to serve in senior management positions at the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), including Director of Member Services overseeing Membership, Chapters, Customer Service and Data Base Management before assuming the role of CEO. Don received his M.P.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his B.A. from Seton Hall University. He is as an elected official on his local town Council serving as the Chair of the Financial and Administrative Committee as well as a Trustee of his local Public Library and a member of the Executive Board of the Bergen Joint Insurance Fund. Don resides in Waldwick, NJ with his wife Karen and their children Matt (22) and Michelle (20).
| Rachel Bodmer - Administrative Assistant
||Rachel pursued many different interests before earning her A.A.S. in American Sign Language Interpreting. She has been drawing for over 10 years, with her most recent experience in the publishing world as a shadow illustrator for a botanical field guide. Rachel currently assists F4SS through administrative duties and designing marketing materials.
| Joy Cagle - Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator
||Joy brings extensive experience as an administrative professional to her role with F4SS. Recently, Joy was the Executive Administrative Assistant at Neptune Minerals, Inc., an international company engaged in ocean exploration and resource development. Prior to Neptune, Joy enjoyed a 14-year career as a Senior Executive Assistant with Catalina Marketing Corporation, a provider of behavior-based, targeted marketing solutions for consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers. In addition, Joy has worked in various industries including several years with the U.S. Department of Energy at Argonne National Laboratory in Argonne, Illinois.
In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities including bicycling, snorkeling, fishing and canoeing. Joy is also a volunteer and fundraiser for the Center for Great Apes, Center for Orangutan and Chimpanzee Conservation, Inc., in Wauchula, FL.
|Dave Hempson - Project Manager, Quality Harmonization, Non-Foods
||Dave Hempson has recently retired from Marietta Corporation following 35 years of employment.
Dave left his original profession as a high school science teacher in Skaneateles, NY to take on the challenges associated with the growth of a young but upcoming business - Marietta Packaging Corporation - as their Director of Quality Assurance. In 1986, Dave took on operational responsibility and held roles as VP Quality, Executive VP Operations through Chief Operation’s Officer. In 2006, Dave took a new direction as Marietta’s SVP of Business Development/SVP of Quality Assurance. Dave’s final assignment was a Marietta’s SVP Business Development.
Currently Dave is working with F4SS as the AuditOne Project Manager and is supporting area business through his consulting business Hempson Consulting LLC.
Dave has been an active participant in the F4SS since its inception and in Cortland Community as a Board Member on the SUNY Cortland Foundation Board, Chairman of the Cortland Memorial Hospital Board, Cortland Line Company Board, F4SS Board Member and Raymond Hadley Board Member to name a few.
Dave now lives on beautiful Skaneateles Lake with his wife Karen and their two daughters nearby.
|Lauren Wilson - Communications Specialist
||Lauren Wilson joins F4SS as the Communications Specialist. After graduating in 2010 with an MBA in marketing, Lauren relocated to the Washington, D.C. area where she held positions in marketing communications and digital advertising for several non-profit organizations including AARP, The Optical Society of America (OSA), and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Prior to joining F4SS, Lauren was a freelance marketing consultant helping small businesses develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to foster growth and engagement across digital marketing channels.
She currently resides in Columbia, MD with her husband and three children.
|Tom Consbruck - CI Network Manager
||Tom Consbruck is the CI Network Manager for F4SS. He recently retired from Procter & Gamble following over 35 years of employment. In the past 3 years, he has been actively involved in the CI Network as a Steering Team member.
During Tom’s tenure with Procter and Gamble, he held assignments in Operations, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Initiative Delivery and Warehouse/Logistics, as well as Site HR Leader. He has been involved in leading Continuous Improvement programs at Procter & Gamble for over 20 years. He worked in multiple businesses, including Tissue/Towel, Skin Care, Baby Care, Pet Care, Personal Health Care and Oral Care. In his last 5 years at P&G, Tom led the External Manufacturing Operations for the Personal Health Care, Pet Care and Oral Care businesses.
Tom’s passions include Continuous Improvement, Organizational Development, Leadership Training and development of young talent. He is a licensed private pilot, serves in the Civil Air Patrol and at his local church parish.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Florida and an MBA from Xavier University. He and his wife Debbie reside in Cincinnati, OH and have four adult children, Ryan, Monica, Dylan and Maria.
