The most effective way to begin experiencing membership benefits is to participate in our initiatives that are expected to generate cost savings and save the industry billions of dollars. Each of our initiative teams has a mission of creating business process standards based on current industry best practices. These standards, once adopted, will improve the supply network in our industry. We strongly encourage Members to get involved to help foster change, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency. Continuous Improvement Network (CI) – Formed to create a world-class supplier development and networking program by providing a forum for benchmarking, training, and leadership development, utilizing Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing as a platform. Integrated Replenishment (formerly CSOP) - Chartered to integrate replenishment between customers and suppliers, achieving vertical integration of forecasting, planning and execution systems in order to drive out cost and effort.

Sustainability (SIT) – Formed to develop and execute harmonized solutions, such as the Global Supplier Sustainability Scorecard (GSSS), to promote sustainable practices which create value throughout the CPG supply chain.

Trust and Collaboration (TAC) – Chartered to develop and maintain tools, such as the Partnership Alignment and Collaboration Tool (PACT), that will be used by F4SS member companies to create value through more trusting and collaborative relationships.
