Tracy Altemus - Marketing/Communications
Tracy is responsible for F4SS’ marketing and communications. With over 20 years of marketing experience, Tracy brings a broad marketing background to F4SS. Prior to joining F4SS in 2010, Tracy was the Marketing Communication Manager for AT&T Wireless and Scandinavian Airlines. Tracy has a B.S. in Business, Marketing from Marist College.

Rachel Bodmer - Administrative Assistant
Rachel pursued many different interests before earning her A.A.S. in American Sign Language Interpreting.  She has been drawing for over 10 years, with her most recent experience in the publishing world as a shadow illustrator for a botanical field guide.  Rachel currently assists F4SS administrative duties and designing marketing materials.

Joy Cagle - Executive Assistant
Joy brings extensive experience as an administrative professional to her role with F4SS.  Recently, Joy was the Executive Administrative Assistant at Neptune Minerals, Inc., an international company engaged in ocean exploration and resource development.  Prior to Neptune, Joy enjoyed a 14-year career as a Senior Executive Assistant with Catalina Marketing Corporation, a provider of behavior-based, targeted marketing solutions for consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers.  In addition, Joy has worked in various industries including several years with the U.S. Department of Energy at Argonne National Laboratory in Argonne, Illinois.
In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities including bicycling, snorkeling, fishing and canoeing.  Joy is also a volunteer and fundraiser for the Center for Great Apes, Center for Orangutan and Chimpanzee Conservation, Inc., in Wauchula, FL.
Angela Foster - Administrative Assistant
Angela's experience in supporting executive assistants has been primarily in the area of finance, both as a broker assistant for top producing brokers at PaineWebber and US Bancorp Piper Jaffray and as an Analyst on the Business Services Team at Headwaters MB.  Community service activities include a board member position for Level Playing Field, a service organization that helps children on the Autism spectrum learn individual sports for eventual expression in high school.  Angela is also the proud mother of 3 boys and enjoys watching anything they do.

Dave Hempson, Project Manager, Quality Harmonization, Non-Foods

Most recently, David worked at Marietta since 1981.  Dave left his original profession as a high school science teacher in Skaneateles, NY to take on the challenges associated with the growth of a young but upcoming business, Marietta Packaging Corporation, as their Director of Quality Assurance. In 1986, Dave took on operational responsibility becoming Chief Operations Officer.  In 2006, Dave took a new direction as Marietta’s SVP of Business Development.
Dave has always been an participant in the Cortland Community serving in such diverse roles as softball coach, Chair of the Publicity Committee for the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce, member of the Advisory Board of SUNY Cortland’s Center for Lifelong Learning, Board Member on the SUNY Cortland Foundation and Chairman of the Cortland Memorial Hospital Board, just to name a few.
Dave’s wife Karen is an adjunct professor at SUNY Cortland. His daughter Natalie is a graduate of Hobart & William Smith College and a law graduate from Syracuse University.  She currently is an associate at the Syracuse law firm of Bond Schoeneck & King. His daughter Julie is a Graduate of Ithaca College and is an American History teacher at Moravia Central School, pursuing her Masters at Syracuse University.

Karen Masercola - Member Development/Retention and Special Projects
Karen has taught English and special education for almost 20 years. She has a BA in Mass Communications (radio/TV) and an MA in English. In addition, she worked for F4SS at its inception, and she has recently rejoined the staff to work on member development. In her "free time," she enjoys skiing, spending time in the Adirondack Mountains, and reading a good book by her pool.

Scott Neidhold - Associate Director
Scott is currently the Associate Director for the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing (F4SS) where he manages the day-to-day activities of the organization.  He served on the organization’s Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015.
Scott previously served as Vice President Global Business Development at the Rock Tenn Company from 2009 to 2015.  He managed relationships with Rock Tenn’s largest global customers and led the interface with the STI Group, Rock Tenn’s global partner. Scott retired from the Procter & Gamble Company in August 2009 after a 24 year career in Purchases and Supply Chain Management.  Scott held executive positions guiding P&G's supply chain strategy for raw and packaging materials, contract manufacturing, capital equipment, and marketing programs and services.  Prior to joining P&G Scott served on active duty as a US Naval Officer and Naval Aviator.  He is a retired CAPT, US Navy, Reserve, having served in key leadership and command positions throughout his career. Scott received a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from the Williams College of Business at Xavier University

Lisa Shambro - Executive Director
Lisa Shambro started her career with Procter & Gamble in Sales, followed by positions in Marketing, then in Mergers & Acquisitions, and acquisition integration. Subsequently, Lisa spent several years in a strategy consulting practice with CSC/Weston Group, followed by international experience leading business development, sales and e-business efforts for Warner Lambert/Pfizer. The most recent segment of her career has been focused on business-to-business in the Contract Manufacturing industry for Newell Rubbermaid and Outsourcing Services Group where she held the position of Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing. She then established the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing (F4SS) where she serves as Executive Director. Lisa serves on the Board of the University of San Diego Supply Chain Management Institute, and is a regular contributor to Contract Packaging Magazine.
