Tracy Altemus - Marketing/Communications
Tracy is responsible for F4SS’ marketing and communications. With over 20 years of marketing experience, Tracy brings a broad marketing background to F4SS. Prior to joining F4SS in 2010, Tracy was the Marketing Communication Manager for AT&T Wireless and Scandinavian Airlines. Tracy has a B.S. in Business, Marketing from Marist College.

Karen Clark - Website/Member Support
Prior to joining F4SS in 2010, Karen worked as a Project Manager with her most recent experience being 7 years running website application builds at Quality Technology Services. Karen currently manages all things technical for F4SS including the www.F4SS.org Member Area, Event Registrations, and Member Tools. Karen also supports the F4SS staff with Member communications and conferences.

Karen Masercola - Member Development/Retention and Special Projects
Karen has taught English and special education for almost 20 years. She has a BA in Mass Communications (radio/TV) and an MA in English. In addition, she worked for F4SS at its inception, and she has recently rejoined the staff to work on member development. In her "free time," she enjoys skiing, spending time in the Adirondack Mountains, and reading a good book by her pool.

Senta Odette - Bookkeeping/Member Support
Senta Odette is responsible for bookkeeping in addition to other responsibilities for F4SS and is located at F4SS' new office in Longmont, CO. Previously Senta was the accountant and office manager for several privately owned businesses. She lives in Longmont, Colorado and enjoys spending time with her children and husband. Together they like cycling, the beautiful Colorado scenery, visiting the mountains, and going for walks. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, and to keep her creative spirit fresh, she paints watercolors, enjoys photography, and creating greeting cards from her art.

Lisa Shambro - Executive Director
Lisa Shambro started her career with Procter & Gamble in Sales, followed by positions in Marketing, then in Mergers & Acquisitions, and acquisition integration. Subsequently, Lisa spent several years in a strategy consulting practice with CSC/Weston Group, followed by international experience leading business development, sales and e-business efforts for Warner Lambert/Pfizer. The most recent segment of her career has been focused on business-to-business in the Contract Manufacturing industry for Newell Rubbermaid and Outsourcing Services Group where she held the position of Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing. She then established the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing (F4SS) where she serves as Executive Director. Lisa serves on the Board of the University of San Diego Supply Chain Management Institute, and is a regular contributor to Contract Packaging Magazine.

Amanda Witten - Event Coordinator
As the F4SS Event Coordinator, Amanda is responsible for planning the F4SS biannual conferences, all face-to-face meetings, and the CI Network workshops. Amanda started in finance with a 10-year career as a stock broker. After many years of organizing large events in her commuity and church, she then moved into event planning which allowed her to work from home while raising her four children.
